Bo Jackson, Joe Tessitore to appear in Auburn for SEC Network preview panel

AUBURN – Bo Jackson will join ESPN’s announcer Joe Tessitore and ESPN vice president of production for college networks Stephanie Druley at a free, public preview of the SEC Network for Auburn students, alumni and fans on April 18 in the Foy Hall Auditorium, the school announced Wednesday.

The group will talk Auburn football and athletics, as well as Jackson’s Bo Bikes Bama event, which will by held the following morning before Auburn’s A-Day game.

Tessitore and Druley, who is overseeing the launch of the SEC Network, will participate in a panel discussion on the SEC Network,which will debut Aug. 14, at 2 p.m.

One of ESPN’s leading college football and basketball play-by-play announcers, Tessitore will host the SEC Network’s traveling pregame show, “SEC Nation,” which will be in Auburn for the season opener with Arkansas on Aug. 30.

Jackson will take the stage at 3 p.m. to screen a three-minute clip of the “SEC Storied” documentary titled “Bo, Barkley and The Big Hurt,” a look when three of the country’s great athletes overlapped at Auburn. He will participate in a Q&A session afterward.
