No. 3 Auburn (11-1, 7-1 SEC) will take on No. 5 Missouri (11-1, 7-1) in the SEC Championship game at the Georgia Dome at 3 p.m. CT Saturday on CBS.

7:17: Fan tells Malzahn “Texas may have oil wells, but on behalf of the Auburn nation, you have our heart and we love you and we just wanted to say War Eagle,” to which he responds “I love Auburn myself.”

7:15: On Missouri: “They got a well-rounded team and they definitely deserve to be in the SEC Championship game.”

7:14: On refocusing after Iron Bowl to the SEC Championship: “We got to put that behind us. We’re taking a top-five team. We’re playing for the SEC Championship, if you can’t get fired up for that, then something’s wrong with you.”

7:09: On Mizzou pass rushers: “This is our biggest challenge yet as far as pass rushers. … I don’t think we’ve seen with this many guys.”

7:08: On the Kick Six: “There was some good blocks. Chris was very instinctive and it was a good play.” On the post-game celebration: “First of all, we had a hard time getting all our players off the field. It was chaotic.”

7:07: Rod Bramblett’s call of the final play of the Iron Bowl start off the show. Bramblett apologizes but Gus Malzahn says “that’s pretty good.”
